How long does it take for delivery?
We begin processing your order the same business day. For larger orders it may take a few days for preparation depending on quantity or number of cuts. You also have the option to set a delivery date if you like us to deliver at a later date.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
Synthetic turf deliveries are handled by our own trucks. For materials we use Australia Post
Is there a warranty on your synthetic grass?
Yes! All grass has a minimum 8 year guarantee against defects
Can you install my order?
For professional installations in NSW we recommend A1SGS, please contact us for other states.
Can I pickup my order?
Of course, just select pickup at checkout and we'll email you to let you know it's ready to pickup from our Wyong NSW warehouse.
